What you send us

A description of a business workflow you want to automate — the steps, the inputs, and what “done” looks like. That’s it. Please don’t include personal or people data: no names, emails, phone numbers, government IDs, HR records, or anything that identifies an individual. The Workflow Skill Builder is for business processes, not people data. (That’s what the checkbox on the form confirms.)

What we do with it

Your description goes to Compass, which breaks the workflow into discrete tasks, scores each for AI suitability, and — for the tasks you choose — generates a Workflow Skill you can run in Claude or ChatGPT. A person on our side reviews the fit and sets up your account with you.

How long we keep it

• One-time build ($49): we create a working account to build your chosen skill, then discard the workflow analysis and its task list. Nothing is retained. To keep your full decomposition and all its tasks, that’s the Pro plan.
• Pro plan ($149/mo): your workflow decomposition and skills are kept in your account so you can re-download and version them as your process changes.

What we never do

• We never use your data to train AI models.
• We never sell it, or share it with third parties for their own use.
• Your documents remain yours. The generated skill is licensed to you.

Where it lives

Workflow Skill Builder is a Rotational Labs service offered through Digital Block FX. Building and running skills uses Rotational Labs’ Endeavor platform, and we set up your account with you after purchase. Ongoing billing for the Pro plan moves to Rotational Labs.
